The WIRELESS LOAD LINK AG Series tension load cells are designed for grade 8 shackles, suitable for a wide range of weighing and dynamic load monitoring tasks.
They are manufactured from high-performance aerospace-grade aluminum with an anti-corrosion coating, specifically designed for the maritime and offshore industries.
Commonly used as digital dynamometers in cranes and overhead cranes for suspended load measurement, load testing with water bags, and cable tensioning applications.
High-capacity load cells, ranging from 5 to 500 tons, they come with the BD-2008 2.4 GHz indicator, offering wireless communication for easier operation.
All units are supplied with RBC calibration certification or Inmetro-traceable certification, with a one-year warranty. Additionally, they include a carrying case, batteries, and a user manual to ensure quick and efficient installation.
Each model is meticulously designed using advanced engineering calculation techniques and precision machining, ensuring minimal stress concentration, maximum durability, and a high safety factor. The design offers an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio.
The BD-2008 Series wireless transmission system is configured and calibrated using a user-friendly software toolkit. Modern software with graphing and data logging features is provided free of charge.

- Version 4.0: Requires USB HFB modem and Windows® computer with toolkit software installed.
- Power Supply:
- Load Cell: 3x 1.5 Vdc AA alkaline batteries;
BD-2008 Wireless Indicator: Dual power system with an internal 3.7 Vdc Lithium-Ion battery rechargeable via USB Type-C port and operation with 2x 1.5 Vdc alkaline batteries. Systems operate independently.

Options:
- IP67 Protection with a screw-on cover for the battery compartment;
- Natural anodization, resulting in a matte layer with a gray-gold color;
- Dual bridge and integrated amplifiers: 4-20 mA; 1-10 Vdc; Serial RS485 Modbus RTU; CAN (others upon request);
- Dual bridge with mV/V output allows the use of a second weighing indicator, such as BD-1908;
- Both systems can operate simultaneously and are individually calibrated.
